Constantine Gardens operates as a 55+ community. With this, at least 80% of the occupied apartment homes must be occupied by at least one resident who is 55 years of age or older. The remaining 20% of the apartment homes may be occupied by persons under 55. Constantine Gardens is under construction, and images and amenities of apartments, buildings, and grounds are representative depictions of the planned community but are subject to change during construction.
